• To initiate a return, please contact us at info@Litneon.com.au and provide the details of the issue due to which you want to return. Additionally, attach a short video of the sign and photos to help us diagnose and evaluate the quality issue.
• Please note that we require both a video and photo(s) for diagnostic and quality purposes. If you cannot provide both a video and photo(s), it may limit our ability to resolve your issue effectively.
• If we agree to accept the return, please ensure that the faulty product is returned to us in its original condition.
• If we agree to accept the return, you must return the faulty item to Lit Neon within 14 days from the date you received the product.
• If we agree to provide a replacement product, we will do our best to produce and ship it to you as soon as possible.
• If we agree to issue a full or partial refund, we will inform you of when you can expect to receive the refund.

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email that will include your order details. Your order will be delivered with-in 10-12 working days.

We highly recommend inspecting your Lit Neon parcel upon receipt to ensure that it is in good condition. In the rare instance that your sign has been damaged during transit, Lit Neon will provide a resolution. To be eligible for a replacement, any damage must be reported within 7 days from the date of delivery. Claims of damage or faults made after this period will be subject to our general returns and refunds policy and will not be covered under warranty. Please note that the delivery date is determined by the courier and can be found in your tracking email. If you believe that your item has been damaged in transit and you are within the 14-day claim period, please send an email to your designated LED Neon Designer or to info@Litneon.com.au
