Refund policy

Lit Neon® Returns Procedures

  • To initiate a return, please contact us at info@Litneon.com.au and provide the details of the product you wish to return, along with a brief explanation of why you want to return it. Additionally, attach a short video of the sign and photos to help us diagnose and evaluate the quality issue.

  • Please note that we require both a video and photo(s) for diagnostic and quality purposes. If you cannot provide both a video and photo(s), it may limit our ability to resolve your issue effectively.

  • If we agree to accept the return, please ensure that the faulty product is returned to us in its original condition.

  • If we agree to accept the return, you must return the faulty item to Lit Neon within 14 days from the date you received the product.

  • If we agree to provide a replacement product, we will do our best to produce and ship it to you as soon as possible.

  • If we agree to issue a full or partial refund, we will inform you of when you can expect to receive the refund.

Damaged in Transit 

We highly recommend inspecting your Lit Neon parcel upon receipt to ensure that it is in good condition. In the rare instance that your sign has been damaged during transit, Lit Neon will provide a resolution. To be eligible for a replacement, any damage must be reported within 14 days from the date of delivery. Claims of damage or faults made after this period will be subject to our general returns and refunds policy and will not be covered under warranty. Please note that the delivery date is determined by the courier and can be found in your tracking email. If you believe that your item has been damaged in transit and you are within the 14-day claim period, please send an email to your designated LED Neon Designer or to info@Litneon.com.au.

  • In your email, please include the following:

    • A clear photo of the damage to the sign,

    • A clear photo of the box and any damage to the outer packaging,

    • A clear photo of the shipping label on the box

Lost, Missing and Stolen Signs

At Lit Neon, we understand the importance of safe and secure delivery of our products to our customers. To ensure this, we utilize a premium express shipping service that mandates a signature upon delivery. However, in the event that a customer wishes to opt-out of this requirement, they may directly request it through the shipping service once the shipment process has begun. It is important to note that Lit Neon will not be liable for any lost, missing or stolen parcels that have been marked as 'delivered' by the shipping service, if the customer chooses to opt-out of the signature on delivery requirement.
