We understand the importance of providing personalized and high-quality neon signs that meet our customers' exact specifications, and our team is committed to delivering exceptional customer service throughout the design process.

Our team will work closely with you to ensure that the final design meets your exact requirements and exceeds your expectations.

LitNeon offers a range of customization options for Text only neon signs, allowing customers to create personalized and unique signs. The in-built Product Customization Interface (https://litneon.com.au/pages/customize) is user-friendly and enables customers to:

• Type their desired text

• Select from 38 different font styles to suit their preference

• Choose font alignment to ensure the text is displayed as desired

• Select from 13 neon color options to achieve the desired look

• Choose required Size (X-Small, Small, Standard, Medium, Large, and X-Large)

• Select the backboard style for added personalization

• Choose between indoor or outdoor display options to ensure suitability for the intended environment

For more complex designs, including logos or image-based designs, customers can follow the link provided (www.litneon.com.au/pages/upload-an-image) and complete the form. LitNeon's design team will then contact the customer within 24 hours with a design proof for approval, ensuring a customized and professional end result.

At our company, we take great care to ensure that our neon signs are not only visually stunning, but also easy to install. Each sign is equipped with pre-drilled holes that make installation quick and hassle-free.

To further simplify installation, we provide a mounting kit that enables customers to easily mount their neon signs on any wall. In addition, hanging chains are also included, offering customers the flexibility to hang their neon signs in a variety of settings.

With our easy-to-install neon signs and comprehensive installation kits, customers can enjoy the full benefits of our premium neon technology without the need for professional assistance.

Our LED Neon Signs are mounted on an 8mm thick acrylic sheet. Custom orders greater than 250 cm by 120cm will be made on more than one backboard for easy installation and safe shipping.

We offer 3 different backboard cut option

1. Rectangular or Circular Cut (According to the dimensions)

2. Sut to Shape backing style traces the shapes of your neon sign and cuts accordingly.

3. Cut to letter style follows exact letter tracing (this will apply extra charges)

For customers intending to use their custom neon sign outdoors or in a wet environment, we recommend ordering our Custom Neon Outdoor Sign, which comes with an IP67 waterproof rating. This certification ensures that the product meets a high standard of water and dust resistance, protecting it from immersion in water up to 1 metre for up to 30 minutes. Please note that these signs are not designed for underwater use.

Our Indoor LED neon signs  can be used for outdoor events or parties, provided they are used in fair weather conditions and kept dry. However, please note that these signs are not waterproof and should not be exposed to wet weather or extreme temperatures. Additionally, they should not be placed in areas where they might get wet.
